Shipping Policy

Planet Biome is committed to reliable and timely delivery across India, partnering with trusted courier services. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 working days following confirmation, and most deliveries reach customers within 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination. Express delivery options may also be available for an additional charge.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly displayed during the checkout process, while certain products or order values may qualify for free shipping. All deliveries are attempted exclusively during business hours and on working days. Please note, delays resulting from natural disasters, logistical challenges, or courier partner issues are beyond our direct control.

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete shipping addresses. If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect details, it will be returned and can only be re-shipped at the customer's expense. Any package that arrives damaged should be reported immediately at the time of delivery for prompt resolution.

Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund; cancellations after dispatch will not be accepted. Used, opened, customized, or digital products are non-refundable. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours for resolution.

Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging, with return shipping costs borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, and no refunds will be issued for delays caused by third-party logistics. If an item is out of stock, alternatives or a full refund will be offered.

All refund requests must be submitted via email with proof of purchase, and we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
